Hospitality tech company announces the appointment of new CEO and looks to expand into international markets.

Leading hospitality technology company Hotec has announced the appointment of Ariana Pampoulides as CEO. With the task of bringing important business tools and technology to existing clients, whilst also triggering growth into the global hospitality market, Pampoulides has brought with her significant investment and experience.

“Bringing innovation and new technology into our clients’ arena is going to be challenging and my interest is to achieve it in a way that gives them seamless integration and minimal disruption to their operations. Technology has moved on greatly in the last decade, we will now be able to transition clients onto better platforms and do away with old fashioned ideas of laborious and expensive system migrations.” – Pampoulides

Under Pampoulides’ tenure, clients of Hotec can expect to see improved systems that are simple and effective. New technology and features will give them the tools to understand their own customer and the functions of the business whilst a fully operational service desk has been established to provide support to their staff.

The Hotec principle is about tying everything into one easy to use hotel and asset management system so that customers have a seamless experience. Clients can do away with pieces of paper where information gets poorly entered into a system or even lost, often costing them time and money. The tech industry is moving at pace onto common IT platforms which enable Hotec to streamline how they develop. New systems will be efficient, slick and easy to use.

Pampoulides offers a wealth of experience to Hotec including 18 years in property and accommodation management software in a range of roles including Client Services Director and Operations Director. Having recently ventured into the world of Hospitality Tech, she recognises the importance of good service to her new clients.

“I’m all about client experience and how technology can help an industry to achieve a superbly personal touch in this new tech-age! I am looking forward to the challenge of bringing such innovation to existing and new clients so that they can offer impeccable service and be the best in their game.” – Pampoulides

Hotec are looking forward to launching their new image at Hotelympia in March, with Ariana in particular looking forward to supporting female professionals at the Hotelympia ‘Women in Hospitality Day’ that coincides with International Women’s Day where she will be speaking on the Technology Innovation Stage during a panel discussion on the progress of women in hospitality tech, how we encourage and retain more women, and the challenges still facing women in this industry.
